Obviously, we mentioned we have NY-style pizza. Probably, a couple of times – we really dig it! Unfortunately, not everyone has had the chance to dig this iconic pie just like we have. So, here’s a little info on why NY-style pizza is so fantastic.

First seen in New York City, this marvelous masterpiece has a thin and crispy crust. All at the same time, it’s slightly chewy yet has a little crunch. To perfect this delight, we follow a few magical steps.

Most importantly, we start from scratch. First, we mix and then hand-toss our dough. Second, we add our secret family recipe of tomato sauce. Next, we top it with low-moisture mozzarella cheese (no soggy crusts!). Third, we pile on whatever toppings you’d like. Finally, we bake our pies (and slices) in our specialty ovens to get the crust just right. (Notably, if you prefer your crust a little crispier than our traditional texture, be sure to ask for it well done.)
